It is women’s history month, with many events, film festivals and exhibits featuring the strides made in various sectors. We thought to focus on women making history right now.

There is a new generation of young entrepreneurs who are taking their ideas from dreams to reality. Our aim is to not only champion them, but give hope and inspiration to our readers.

Anu Sridharan
This young businesswoman was listed among the leading social entrepreneurs by Forbes. Her “NextDrop” water marketplace connects apartments and businesses with private water tanks which improves access to water for residents in urban India.

Francesca Boccolini 
Francesca Boccolini was included by Forbes in the list of 100 female tech influencers in Europe. Founder of SonicJobs designed to combine the skill of a recruitment agency with the scale of a social network like Facebook.

Rebecca, Andrea and Danielle Winckworth
Co-founders of White & Green. They created Ireland’s first 100% Certified Organic cotton bedding company.

FRIDAY FEELING ✨| I've always found Fridays the strangest day of the week when you're self-employed; there's a lull about things, gone is the energy & enthusiasm of Monday, replaced by exhaustion from putting out a million fires 🔥Truth is: I don't really identify with traditional working culture. When people say "Thank God, it's Friday", I'm often like "OH, is it Friday already?!" because I genuinely love what I do, and get so caught up in it. There's something about boozy Friday after-work sessions in the pub that I never really identified with. When you enjoy & are fulfilled by your work, you don't feel the need to drown out the week in the same way 🙌 Do any of you feel the same? . That said, I definitely feel burnt out by the end of the week – and don't have the creative energy that Monday brings. So I've developed a little routine for things I like to do on a Friday, that make me feel productive. I'm very into batch working (saving up tasks throughout the week to do them all at once): . 💵Banking – Fridays are always my banking days. Whether that's paying invoices, checking expenses, book keeping, updating spreadsheets – I use @quickbooks for everything, it's the dream. 📕Diary – I'll look at my diary for the week ahead, figure out what I need to prep for meetings & plan my outfits. People say I'm mad to plan my outfits for the week ahead, but it saves me time in the morning & I like sleep. 📝Schedule – I find juggling multiple projects (magazine, podcasts, freelance work, events) can be tricky, so I block out sections of my week for different projects. This helps my focus & productivity loads, and I find I'm never bored working on one thing! Think a revision timetable, but for adult life (would you like photos?!). 🖊Journaling – I take 10 minutes out to write about the past week. Taking a little time to review your progress, celebrate wins & analyse what you could do better is *so* good for your entrepreneurial spirit, I think. Would love to know what your Friday looks like?
